The State requires the County <br /> to sign a program agreement which essentially endorses the <br /> task forces recommendations. <br /> IMPACT: <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> Authorize Chair to sign CBA Expansion Fund Program Agreements. <br />
