Association of County Commissioners has adopted a <br /> resolution supporting proposed legislation to create a cost <br /> equalization fund for secondary road funding. Individual <br /> counties benefitting from the legislation are requested to <br /> do likewise. <br /> IMPACT: Approval would provide additional road funding to 37 <br /> counties with higher than average road construction costs. <br /> Included among them is Orange County. <br /> RECO14MENDATION: Adopt resolution supporting Cost Equalization Fund for <br /> Secondary Road Funding and notify State Representatives of <br /> support for proposed legislation. <br />
