Seven (7) manor subdivision applications cannot be <br /> approved unless compliance with the two-acre standard is <br /> demonstrated. <br /> A -policy granting relief for major subdivisions (with pre- <br /> liminary plat approval) has been adopted by the Board. None <br /> exists for minor subdivisions. <br /> IMPACT: Minor subdivisions (four lots or less) are approved by the <br /> Planning Department. Adoption of a policy would enable <br /> staff to apply appropriate standards to approval of minor <br /> subdivisions in process. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Adopt attached policy per Planning Board recommendation of 9 <br /> February 1987. <br /> V <br />
