Land Use Plan and zoning <br /> district designations are the same - A- R and PWII overlay <br /> district. <br /> The total acreage of the tract is 113.45 acres. 37 . 89 acres <br /> are to be divided in nine lots averaging 4.21 acres in <br /> size. <br /> IMPACT: All applicable agencies have reviewed and approved the <br /> proposal. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Approve Preliminary Plan per Planning Board recommendation <br /> of 9 February 1987 , subject to condition that Timberwood <br /> Trail be a Class B private road with curves meeting minimum <br /> NCDOT centerline curve radius. <br />
