Sinai Road (SR 1718) . <br /> It is referenced as Lot 4 and part of Lot 3 on Tax Map <br /> 15. Adjacent land uses include Mt. Sinai Baptist <br /> Church, single family residential, and vacant land. <br /> The tract has direct access on Mt. Sinai Road. The <br /> property is located in the Rural Buffer. <br /> i <br /> The total acreage of the tract is 22.818 acres. Ninej <br /> lots are proposed averaging 2.43 acres in size. The ! <br /> minimum lot size is two acres which meets the Rural <br /> Buffer zoning requirement. <br /> The Health Department has granted preliminary approval <br /> to all proposed lots in the subdivision. <br /> The 1985 traffic count for Mt.
