Ddectur <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> TO: Emily Crudup, Planner II <br /> FROM: Mary Anne Black `AM <br /> DATE: January 5, 1987 <br /> RE: Courtesy Reviews -- Beech Bluff II Subdivision <br /> Upon review of the preliminary plan for the Beech Bluff II <br /> Subdivision, I find only one element warranting comment from a <br /> recreation and park perspective, namely the subject property's <br /> location. <br /> The property lies within the JPA and thus falls subject to the <br /> Subdivision Regulations concerning dedication of open space or <br /> payment-in-lieu of such dedication. <br /> In that neither a proposed greenway or park lies on the subject <br /> property (please verify this, in that my maps are not as detailed as <br /> yours), payment-in-lieu of dedication is recommended. <br /> Thank you for the opportunity to offer these staff comments.
