Sinai Road (SR 1718) . Land Use Plan and zoning <br /> district designations for the property are identical - Rural <br /> Buffer. <br /> The total acreage of the tract is 22.818 acres. Nine lots <br /> are proposed averaging 2.43 acres in size. <br /> IMPACT: All applicable agencies have reviewed and approved the <br /> proposal. Town of Chapel Hill courtesy review comments are <br /> provided. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Approve Preliminary Plan as per Planning Board,, recommenda- <br /> tion of 9 February 1987, subject to payment-in-lieu of <br /> dedication of $932. <br />
