Subject property's location is within the JPA and thus falls <br /> subject to the Subdivision Regulations concerning dedication of <br /> open space or payment-in-lieu of that dedication. <br /> 2. In that a greenway is proposed along the water course located <br /> on the property, dedication of property is most appropriate. <br /> The noted S.lt acre lot is appropriately located for such <br /> dedication. <br /> 3. Access to the area via a 50' passage is drawn on the plan (at <br /> end of Kit Lane) but not specifically noted as "access route to <br /> public open space area." <br /> Thank you for the opportunity to offer these staff comments.
