To make this change , replace your <br /> current ordinance provisions on placement of mobile homes <br /> in mobile home parks or subdivision and on individually <br /> owned lots with the following or its equivalent: <br /> All manufactured homes to be placed or substantially <br /> improved within Zones Al-30, AH, and AE shall be <br /> elevated on a permanent foundation such that the th:IL:12;12felt:altronndulraris=u►e is at or aboveurely anchored to <br /> an adequately anchored foundation system in accordance <br /> with the provisions of (cite the manufactured home <br /> anchoring provisions of your ordinance) . - <br /> (d) Removal of prohibition on the placement of manui:aptured, <br /> ,)tomes in f loodways,. If* f loodways have. been designated in <br /> b- revision in our .rd ' n- <br /> ance that prohibits the placement of manufactured homes in, <br /> • - . a .ele e i . .v' " ■ x <br /> hose loo■ . - • <br /> option. Manufactured homes to be placed in f loodway. - • <br /> . <br /> would have to meet the same standards as conventional <br /> housing and other development (e.g. their placement would <br /> be prohibited unless it could be demonstrated that there <br /> would be no increase in base flood elevations in the <br /> community) . <br /> NO+ (e) Removal of the ho eshinlcoastal placement of (zones V. <br /> manufactured <br /> VE, and V1-30) . If V-zones have been designated in your <br /> community, there will be a provision in your ordinance <br /> which prohibits the placement of manufactured homes in <br /> those V-zones . You may delete this provision from your <br /> ordinance at your option. Manufactured homes to be placed <br /> in V-zones would have to meet the same standards as conven- <br /> tional housing (e.g. meet the provisions at 56O.3(e) (3) , <br /> (4) , (5) and (6) of NFIP criteria) . <br />
