O8 SUMMARY OF CHANGES TO 8 7 NATIONAL FlOOD INSURANCE PROGRAM FLOODPLAIN MANAGEMENT CRITERIA WHICHI BECOME. Manufactured Home Revisions. The final rule made significant revisions to NFU criteria that apply to "manufactured homes" (previously mobile homes) .
