In addition. there shall be at <br /> least one (1) tree for every one thousand <br /> (1.000) square feet of land area designed for <br /> required recreation or open space area, and side <br /> and rear yard setback areas as required by this <br /> Ordinance or the Orange County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> Approved open play fields. building sites and <br /> other similar recreational facilities are <br /> exempted from landscaping requirements. <br /> Trees to be planted in required recreation <br /> and/or side and rear yard areas shall be spaced <br /> thirty-five (35) feet on center. Trees to be <br /> planted in required buffers areas shall be <br /> installed in accordance with the provisions of <br /> Article IV-B-8-c-1 of this Ordinance.
