2. An adequate and safe sewage disposal system <br /> shall be provided in the mobile home park. <br /> Collection systems. sewage treatment facilities 053 <br /> or individual septic tank systems shall be <br /> approved by the North Carolina Division of <br /> Environmental Management or the Orange County <br /> Health Department as required by law. <br /> 3. Street lighting shall be provided <br /> throughout the mobile home park with street <br /> lights located at each street intersection. <br /> Where the distance between street intersections <br /> exceeds five hundred (500) feet. additional <br /> street lights may be required. <br /> 4. All utility systems shall be located <br /> underground. and easements necessary for water. <br /> sewer. gas. electrical, cable TV. stormwater and <br /> other utility systems shall be shown on the <br /> mobile home park plans. <br />
