The mobile home <br /> park must be designed and graded in such a manner as <br /> to provide for the adequate runoff of stormwater. <br /> Storm drains must be provided with sufficient inlets <br /> located at points of surface water accumulation to <br /> adequately intersect surface flow. All other <br /> requirements of the soil Fusion And Sedimentation <br /> C9ntrpl Ordinance, shall also be applicable. <br /> Protected water supply watershed standards may also <br /> be applicable. <br /> H. Resreat}on Areas And Facilities <br /> Adequate and suitable recreation areas shall be <br /> provided to meet the anticipated needs of the <br /> residents of the mobile home park. The character, <br /> shape and location of recreational space shall be <br /> suitable for active recreational purposes. taking <br /> into account topography. convenient access by <br /> residents. drainage, size and proposed improvements. <br /> Recreation areas and facilities shall be provided in <br /> accordance with the provisions of Articles 5 and 6.12 <br /> of this Ordinance. and Section IV-13-7-b of the Orange <br /> County Subdivision Regulations. <br /> I. EandscApina And Screening <br /> In order to eliminate visual distractions to passing <br /> motorists. reduce levels of noise. dust and glare, <br /> preserve the character of existing neighborhoods, <br /> mobile home parks shall be screened on all sides of <br /> the mobile home park from adjacent highways and from <br /> existing, adjoining, conventional residential <br /> developments or existing mobile home parks. <br /> Consideration shall be given to topography, <br /> vegetation. site design and land uses in the <br /> evaluation of the extent of required screening. <br />
