There shall be no more than one (1) <br /> double-faced sign per park entrance announcing <br /> the name of the mobile home park. Such signs <br /> shall be limited to sixteen (16) square feet in <br /> area and the top of such signs shall be no higher <br /> than ten (10) feet above ground level. In <br /> addition to the name of the mobile home park. <br /> such signs shall identify the name of the park <br /> owner/manager and his or her phone number. <br /> All such signs shall be located on private <br /> property and shall be erected so that no part of <br /> said signs intrudes into the sight preservation <br /> triangle required by Article 9.2 of this <br /> Ordinance. Such signs may be illuminated. <br /> provided that indirect. nonflashing lighting is <br /> used, and provided that each sign is constructed <br /> in a manner so as to prevent a direct view of the <br /> light source from any public or private street <br /> right-of-way or adjoining residential property. <br /> 2. Traffic control signs (stop. yield. speed <br /> limit. children playing signs) meeting the <br /> standards of the Uniform Traffic Control. M <br /> shall be placed throughout the mobile home park <br /> where necessary. Cul-de-sacs shall have deadend <br /> street signs erected at the entrance to such <br /> streets. <br /> 3. All streets shall be identified by names <br /> approved by the Orange County Planning <br /> Department. Street signs shall be constructed to <br /> Orange County standards and must be installed <br /> outside the right-of-way at all intersections. <br /> The approved streets and names shall be used to <br /> assign mobile home space identification numbers. <br /> 4. Each applicant must submit to the <br /> Planning Department a mobile home space <br /> numbering/location system for the park based on <br /> the equal interval house numbering system <br /> employed by Orange County. Upon approval of the <br /> mobile home park. the applicant must submit an <br /> approved copy of the space numbering/location <br /> system to the emergency services/fire protection <br />
