A detached structure located on an individual <br /> mobile home space and intended for the use of the <br /> occupants of the space shall be located at least <br /> five (5) feet from any mobile home or other <br /> building. <br /> D. Installation Individual Mobile Roles <br /> 1. Each mobile home shall be set up and <br /> installed in accordance with standards specified <br /> in the State ol North Celina Regulations fDL <br /> riobile Rpmes And nodular Rousing. <br /> 2. The owner/operator of a mobile home park <br /> shall designate a uniform type of solid <br /> foundation enclosure or skirting fully enclosing <br /> the crawl space beneath each mobile home in the <br /> mobile home park. Foundation enclosures or <br /> skirting must be installed in accordance with <br /> applicable standards of the North Carolina State <br /> Building Code and. in any event. within ninety <br /> (90) days of placement of a mobile home on a <br /> mobile home space. <br /> 3. Access shall be provided to all <br /> entrances of a mobile home by-way-of steps <br /> (including handrails) installed in accordance <br /> with the standards of the North Carolina State <br /> Building Code. where the residents of a mobile <br /> home choose to install decks adjacent to <br /> entrances. the mobile home will be required to <br /> have steps and handrails which meet the standards <br /> of the Forth Carolina $tte Oullang Code until <br /> the decks are completed. <br /> E.Vehicular Accesa <br /> 1. Each mobile home space shall abut upon an <br /> improved access drive or street which shall have <br /> unobstructed access to a public thoroughfare. <br /> 2. No mobile home space shall have direct vehicular <br /> access to a street or thoroughfare other than <br /> those located within the mobile home park. <br /> 3. The street layout within the mobile home park <br /> should be appropriately related to the <br /> topography. locations of abutting land uses. <br /> drainage patterns. street function and other <br />
