042 <br /> landscaping and materials: <br /> An evergreen hedge or shrub of at least three ( 3) feet in he; `• <br /> must be planted for every three ( 3) linear feet along e <br /> separation line between units so as to provide a continuous <br /> landscape barrier; <br /> The following standard will govern the installation of street frontage <br /> landscaping materials: <br /> An evergreen hedge or shrub at least three ( 3) feet in height or <br /> a small tree (See Article 12 of this ordinance) must be planted <br /> for every five ( 5) linear feet along the edge of the road right <br /> of-way, except for areas designated for driveway access to <br /> mobile home spaces/lots . <br /> These requirements are in addition to and do not replace Article 12 <br /> requirements applicable to the zoning district . <br /> g) ,$anitary Facilities.. Water Sunoly . Garbage Collection . Mail Delivery, <br /> and Utilities <br /> In every mobile home park , all utility installations shall comply with <br /> applicable building and health codes of Orange County and the State of <br /> North Carolina , and the requirements of the North Carolina Utilities <br /> Commission. <br /> 1 . Itaittjag_r_dattjar,_ligig_atizia. Each mobile home stand sha' e <br /> equipped with water and sanitary sewer connections . <br /> 2 . Each mobile home shall be connected to <br /> utilities provided at each mobile home space . <br /> 3 . Each mobile home park shall obtain water from <br /> either a public water supply or a source as approved by the <br /> Orange County Health Department , the North Carolina Division of <br /> Environmental Services or successor agencies . <br /> The above mentioned agent shall determine if the water supply and <br /> pressure is adequate for the park requirements . <br /> 4 . Sewag.e and Refuse _Disposal ., Each mobile home park shall be <br /> provided with an adequate sewage disposal system, either by <br /> connection to a public sewer system or to a system constructed in <br /> compliance with the regulations of the Orange County Health <br /> Department , the North Carolina Division of Environmental <br /> Services , or successor agencies . <br /> 5 . Garbage Disposal . All garbage and refuse for individual units in <br /> each mobile home park shall be stored in suitable waterproof and <br /> rodentproof receptacles which shall be kept covered with tightly <br /> fitting lids . A central collection system must be provided wi*' 4n <br /> the park either through a private collection service • <br /> individual units or through the use of bulk contai.._.•s <br /> -, I.I. <br />
