The mobile home park must be designed and graded in suet <br /> a manner as to provide for the adequate runoff of stormwater . Any <br /> other necessary requirements of the Soil Erosion and Sedimentatior <br /> Control Ordinance shall be applicable . Street signs constructed <br /> to Orange County standards must be installed outside the r4eht <br /> of-way at all intersections . The approved streets and ■s <br /> shall be used to assign mobile home space identification num. a . <br /> 2 . Every street shall have a maintained six (6) foot wide reserved <br /> strip running parallel and adjacent to each side of the paved <br /> surface . Such strip shall be used for walkways , driveways , <br /> grass , low-growing- vegetative ground cover, or utility right-of- <br /> way only. No other use shall be permitted on a reserved strip . <br /> 3 . Each mobile home space shall abut upon an improved street which <br /> shall have unobstructed access to a public thoroughfare . <br /> 4 . No mobile home space shall have direct vehicular access to any <br /> thoroughfare other than those thoroughfares located within the <br /> mobile home park . <br /> 5 . Unless unusual topography or configuration of property lines <br /> dictates otherwise , cul-de-sac streets in mobile home parks shall <br /> have a maximum length of 500 feet . <br /> 6 .
