(Art . 7 . 20 .4 A ) <br /> Zoning district lot size requirements <br /> are employed to control density rather <br /> than enforcing a minimum standard of <br /> 10,000 square feet. Further density <br /> control would be determined by method <br /> of sewage disposal and water supply, <br /> and Health Department standards <br /> applicable to each. (Art . 7 . 20 .4 J . ) <br /> (2) Requirements for patios and decks <br /> have been deleted. Mobile home <br /> entrances vary by type of unit. Each <br /> time a mobile home is replaced. patios <br /> and decks would have to be shifted. (Art . 7 . 2o .4B) <br /> (3) Specific setback distances from mobile <br /> home space boundaries have been <br /> deleted. Instead, spacing requirements <br /> between units have been used to allow <br /> owner/operators more flexibility in <br /> placement of units on lots. The <br /> minimum spacing required between <br /> individual units is 20 feet. A 22-foot <br /> setback requirement is mandated between <br /> a mobile home and the street on which <br /> the space fronts. (Art . 7 . 20 .40 ) <br /> (4) Mobile homes are required to provide <br /> solid foundation enclosure or skirting <br /> within 90 days of placement on a space. <br /> The type of skirting must be uniform <br /> throughout the park. (Art . 7 . 20 .4D) <br /> (5) Access to entrances must be provided <br /> in compliance with the N.C. State <br /> Building Code. (Art . 7 . 20. 40) <br /> (6) Streets must be at least 18 feet in <br /> width and located in at least a 40 foot <br /> right-of-way. Streets must be hard <br /> surfaced. and cul-de-sacs must not <br /> exceed 800 feet in length. (Art . 7 . 20 . 4E) <br /> (7) Traffic control signs must be placed <br /> in appropriate locations in the park, <br /> and an approved unit numbering system <br /> for the park provided to emergency <br /> services personnel. Mobile homes must <br /> have appropriate numbers located <br /> thereon and in conformance with the <br /> approved numbering system. (Art . 7 . 20 .4F) <br /> (8) Grounds and buildings must be <br /> maintained free of noxious weeds. <br />
