The Board of Commissioners for the County of Orange, North <br /> Carolina, met in regular session at the Commissioners' Meeting <br /> . Room, at 106 Margaret .Lane in Hillsborough, North Carolina, the <br /> regular place of meeting, at 7:-30 P.M. , on March 2, 1987. <br /> Present: Vice Chair Moses Carey, Jr. presiding, and <br /> ``' "" Commissioners Hartwell , Halkiotis and Wi lhoit <br /> Absent: Commissioner Marshall <br /> * <br /> Commissioner Carey introduced the following <br /> resolution which was read: <br /> RESOLUTION RESCHEDULING THE PUBLIC HEARING TO- <br /> HAVE BEEN HELD ON FEBRUARY 17, 1987 CONCERNING <br /> THE ISSUANCE OF $200,000 SANITARY SEWER BONDS <br /> OF THE COUNTY OF ORANGE, NORTH CAROLINA <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners for the County <br /> of Orange: <br /> Section 1. That the public hearing to have been held in the • <br /> District Courtroom of the Old Chapel Hill Post Office in Chapel <br /> Hill, North Carolina at 7:30 P.M. on February 17, 1987, • <br /> concerning the questions of the validity. of the bond order <br /> • introduced before the Board of Commissioners authorizing $200, 000 <br /> Water Bonds and the advisability of issuing such bonds, was not <br /> held due to increment weather. <br /> Section 2. That such public hearing is hereby rescheduled <br /> to 7: 30 P.M. , March 24, 1987 in the District Courtroom of the Old <br /> Chapel Hill Post Office in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. <br /> Section 3.
