The Board has requested <br /> additional efforts to help citizens identify <br /> legal advertisements appearing in newspapers. A <br /> notice "logo" or heading is proposed for this <br /> purpose. Topical headings printed in bold type <br /> will identify specific topics of interest. <br /> IMPACT: Approval of the notice and "logo" will permit <br /> advertisement on February 11 and 18, 1987 as <br /> required by N.C. General Statutes. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Approve Notice of Public Hearing for <br /> February 23, 1987, including use of the notice <br /> "logo". <br />
