The Task Force suggests for <br /> consideration by the Board that the Utilities Commission be requested to <br /> extend the response time from February 15, 1987 to March 6, 1987. The <br /> response will be submitted to the Board for review and comments at the <br /> next meeting - February 17. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Approve the extension of time and authorize the Chair to communicate <br /> this request to the Utilities Commission. <br />
