035 <br /> IMPACT: NEW COURTHOUSE/AGRICULTURE BUILDING CAPITAL <br /> PROJECT FUND <br /> The additional funds needed for this project will be trans- <br /> ferred from the Water Study Capital Project Fund and from the <br /> County Capital Reserve Fund. <br /> NORTHSIDE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND <br /> The deficit will be funded by a transfer from the obsolete <br /> County Capital Projects Fund. <br /> COUNTY CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND <br /> The balance remaining in this fund (after the above transfer) <br /> will be transferred to the County Capital Reserve Fund; hence- <br /> forth, this fund will be "closed. " <br /> EFLAND SEWER ENTERPRISE FUND <br /> The additional revenues needed to complete this project are as <br /> follows: FmHA Grant, N.C. Clean Water Grant, Bond Proceeds, <br /> Senate Bill 2 Funds and a transfer from the General Fund. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> Approve motion to amend the 1986-87 Budget and Project Ordi- <br /> nances by the proposed amendments. <br />
