• <br /> 02b <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> At its regular meeting on the _ day of <br /> , 1987, the Board of Orange County Commissioners <br /> approved the following resolution: <br /> IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Orange County contract <br /> with Southern Railway Company for the purpose of obtaining <br /> the right to use right of way owned or controlled by Southern <br /> Railway Company for the purpose of constructing and operating <br /> a County owned sanitary sewer system in the Efland area of <br /> Orange County. The terms and conditions of this contract are <br /> as provided in the copy of the contract attached and made a <br /> part of this resolution. <br /> It is further resolved that the Chair of the Board <br /> is hereby authorized to execute the contract referenced above <br /> on behalf of Orange County and the Clerk to the Board is <br /> authorized to attest the Chair ' s signature and attach the <br /> Orange County seal. <br /> The foregoing resolution was adopted <br /> by the Board upon motion of Commissioner <br /> , seconded by Commissioner _ <br /> 1 <br />
