C. 27278 <br /> Dear Mr. Gledhill: <br /> Reference your letter of December 19 , 1986, concerning <br /> license/encroachment agreement: Orange County Sewer Project in <br /> and around Efland, North Carolina, and your objections to parts <br /> of that agreement. <br /> Attached now is revised agreement between Southern <br /> Railway Company and County of Orange, North Carolina, concerning <br /> an 8-inch sewer pipeline crossing along, across and upon the <br /> right of way of Company property at Efland, N. C. ; located 400 <br /> feet west of Milepost H-37 to a point 753 feet west of Milepost <br /> H-37; one time consideration of $350.00; no annual rental; <br /> terminable 60 days notice. This document reflects a provision <br /> for a conditional termination. <br /> Please have executed by an individual with the County <br /> of Orange, furnishing resolution authorizing this signature, and <br /> return both copies for our like handling.
