PROCLAMATION <br /> MONTH OF FEBRUARY <br /> AMERICAN HEART MONTH <br /> WHEREAS the American Heart Association is actively <br /> campaigning against the nation's number one killer - Cardio- <br /> vascular disease, and <br /> WHEREAS heart disease accounted for 44% of all deaths in <br /> Orange County last year, and <br /> WHEREAS more than 1, 000 volunteers in Orange County will <br /> join in the efforts to distribute American Heart Association <br /> information and seek funds for continued research, <br /> NOW THEREFORE, on behalf of the Orange County Board of <br /> Commissioners I, Shirley E. Marshall, do hereby proclaim <br /> February as HEART MONTH IN ORANGE COUNTY and ask all <br /> residents to support the American Heart Association's 1986-87 <br /> campaign. <br /> Shy E.
