010 <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> DISSOLVING HUMAN SERVICES ADVISORY COMMISSION <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners established the <br /> Orange County Human Services Advisory Commission by <br /> resolution on February 5, 1979; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners has identified <br /> a need to renew the charge, recompose the membership, and re <br /> define the role of the Human Services Advisory Commission; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners has approved <br /> the restructuring of the Human Services Advisory Commission, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Orange <br /> County Board of Commissioners here by dissolves the Human <br /> Services Advisory Commission, charge and by-laws established <br /> on February 5, 1979. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Human Services <br /> Advisory Commission is reconstituted in the form and with the <br /> charge approved by the Orange County Board of Commissioners <br /> on January 5, 1987. <br /> This the day of , 1987. <br />
