The by- <br /> laws of the existing HSAC stipulates that the HSAC may be <br /> dissolved by vote of the Board. <br /> IMPACT: Dissolution will enable Board to appoint members to the <br /> approved reconstituted HSAC. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> Adopt resolution dissolving the HSAC established on February <br /> 5, 1979 and authorize Chair to send letter of appreciation to <br /> agencies that have participated in the HSAC. <br />
