IAMEM <br /> 0 0 7 7. The proposed consumer rates for the <br /> Project will be sufficient to pay the increase in Orange <br /> County debt service occasioned by the bonds proposed. <br /> 8. The Orange County Finance Director shall <br /> prepare the application to the North Carolina Local <br /> Government Commission for approval of the bonds proposed <br /> for the funding of the Project. <br /> 9. Coleman, Bernholz, Dickerson, Bernholz, <br /> Gledhill and Hargrave is hereby authorized to employ the <br /> law firm of Brown, Wood, Ivey, Mitchell and Petty, One <br /> Liberty Place, -New York, New York, 10006 to represent <br /> Orange County in the authorization and the issuance of <br /> the bonds proposed for the funding of the Project. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded, the <br /> foregoing Resolution was adopted by the Board of <br /> Commissioners of Orange County this the 20th day of <br /> January, 1987. <br /> Ayes: <br /> Noes: <br /> 5 <br />
