Upon amendment of the County's Zoning Nap <br /> (including Zoning Atlas) to incorporate the <br /> Zoning Map and Town Land Development Ordinance. <br /> Chapel Hill will be responsible for the <br /> processing of applications. permits issuance . <br /> and conducting the necessary inspections within <br /> the Transition areas. <br /> (Under the existing agreement. Orange County <br /> and Chapel Hill jointly approve development <br /> applications. Orange County is also <br /> responsible for permits issuance and conducting <br /> inspections.) <br /> 3. Orange County will continue to administer its <br /> Zoning Ordinance and Atlas. and Subdivision <br /> Regulations within the Rural Buffer. The <br /> County will also process applications. issue <br /> permits and conduct inspections within the <br /> Rural Buffer. <br /> (No change is proposed from the existing <br /> agreement.) <br /> 4. Orange County will review and comment on <br /> development applications within the Transition <br /> areas. The Town will review and comment on <br /> applications within the Rural Buffer. <br />
