RECOMMENDED RESPONSE TO CHANGES IN NATIONAL FLOOD INSURANCE PRQGRA= <br /> FLOODPLAIN MANAGEMENT CRITERIA <br /> PA t) <br /> resisting hydrostatic or hydrodynamic loads and effects of <br /> buoyancy. A registered professional engineer or architect <br /> shall certify that the standards of this section are satis- <br /> fied and the floodproofing methods used are adequate to <br /> withstand flood forces associated.with the base flood.
