To make this change , replace your <br /> current ordinance provisions on placement of mobile homes <br /> in mobile home parks or subdivision and on individually <br /> owned lots with the following or its equivalent: <br /> All manufactured homes to be placed or substantially <br /> improved within Zones A].-30, AU, and AE shall be <br /> elevated on a permanent foundation such that. the . _- <br /> lowest floor of the manufactured home is at or above <br /> the base flood elevation and be securely anchored to <br /> an adequately anchored foundation system in accordance <br /> with the provisions of (cite the manufactured home _ <br /> anchoring provisions of your ordinance) . <br /> (d) Removal of prohibition on the placement of manufactured <br /> homes in floodways. If V--zones have been designated in your. <br /> community, there will be a provision in your ordinance <br /> which prohibits the placement of manufactured homes in <br /> those V-zones . You may delete this provision from your <br /> ordinance at your option. Manufactured homes to be placed <br /> in V-zones would have to meet the same standards as conven- <br /> tional housing [e .g. meet the provisions at S60.3(e)(3) , <br /> (4) , (5) and (6) of NFIP criteria) . <br />
