Forrest, Dr. James Hickey and Horace <br /> Johnson were nominated to serve on the Reservoir Site Committee. <br /> Commissioner John Hartwell was designated as the County Commissioners' <br /> representative. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br /> YOUTH SERVICES NEEDS TASK FORCE - Motion was made by Commissioner <br /> Willhoit, seconded by Commissioner Halkiotis to appoint Margo Tesch, <br /> Claire Millar, Rebecca B. Hersh, and Ames R. Cameron to the Task Force. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br /> LOW/MODERATE INCOME HOUSING TASK FORCE - Motion was made by Commis- <br /> sioner Carey, seconded by Commissioner Marshall to appoint Peter Thorn to <br /> this Task Force. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br /> NOTE: The maximum membership for the Low/Moderate Income Housing Task <br /> Force was set at 22 . <br /> NOTE: The policy stating that only Orange County citizens may serve on <br /> the Boards/Commissions was discussed. It was decided that exceptions <br /> would be made when addressing specific issues that have implications <br /> broader than just Orange County. <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Motion was made by Commissioner Hartwell, seconded by Chair <br /> Marshall to go into executive session for the discussion of litigation <br /> matters. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Motion was made by Commissioner Hartwell, seconded by Chair <br /> Marshall to adjourn the meeting.
