Due to the fact that our estimate of the cost of <br /> construction will be less than $30,000, we will execute the <br /> bid as a "Negotiated Proposal," This allows us to invite <br /> three general contractors to bid with the understanding <br /> that they are responsible for all of the sub-contractors <br /> involved in the renovations. <br /> Construction Administration and Observation <br /> 1. This Phase shall consist of weekly site visits and shop <br /> drawing reviews for a period of approximately two months. <br /> Elea: <br /> 1. Cur proposed fee for the work described above will be: <br /> • Schematic Design and <br /> • Design Development $ 2100 <br /> • Construction Documents and <br /> • Bidding and Negotiation ., <br /> • <br /> • Total <br /> $ 5,500 <br /> • <br /> 2. Construction administration would be handled on an hourly <br /> basis not to exceed $1,000 (one thousand dollars). <br /> • <br />
