B-6 - HEALTH & MEDICAL CARE ADVISORY BOARD - 2 vacancies because of expiration of terms for Edward Crowe and Willie Ward. B-14 - ARTS COMMISSION - 5 vacancies because of expiration of terms for Judith Bell , Larry Blalock, Rebecca Carnes, Joan Cohen and Nan Gressman.
