Of critical <br /> importance is the acquisition of a suitable parcel of <br /> land in the Calvander area. <br /> The Orange County_Zoning Ordinance requires a minimum lot <br /> size of 40.000 square feet in areas east of Old NC 86, <br /> while the Land Use Plan requires a minimum lot size of <br /> two acres west of the thoroughfare.
