11.10 ion-Conforming Structures, Other Than Signs - r -W7 ' <br /> A structure which is non-conforming, due to noncompliance with. one- <br /> - or more requirements in the Table of Dimensional Requirements of <br /> • <br /> 037 this ordinance and which is used for a use permitted in the district <br /> _ in which located, such structure may remain, provided: <br /> - <br /> a) That any structural change to the building shall not increase the de- <br /> gree of non-conformity.
