11.10 ion-Conforming Structures, Other Than Signs - r -W7 ' A structure which is non-conforming, due to noncompliance with. one- - or more requirements in the Table of Dimensional Requirements of • 037 this ordinance and which is used for a use permitted in the district _ in which located, such structure may remain, provided: - a) That any structural change to the building shall not increase the de- gree of non-conformity.
