C. 004 <br /> 27278 <br /> MOSES GREY.JR. <br /> STEPHEN H.HALKIOTIS <br /> JOHN HART%ELL <br /> SHIRLEY E.MARSHALL <br /> DON WILLHOIT <br /> PUBLIC PROCLAMATION <br /> DECEMBER 29, 1986 <br /> The management of Orange County has determined that with the <br /> combination of available water sources and the forecast of normal <br /> rainfall for the forthcoming winter months, the water level of Lake <br /> Orange is now at the Stage I level in accordance with the County's <br /> Water Conservation Ordinance. • <br /> As Chair of the Orange County Board of Commissioners, I hereby <br /> rescind the Voluntary Stage II water restrictions for those citizens <br /> who live in the County portion of the Orange/Aiamance and the Town <br /> of Hillsborough service area and use water obtained from any raw <br /> water supply within Orange County. <br /> I thank the citizens of Orange County in the Orange/Alamance <br /> and the Town of Hillsborough service area for their cooperation <br /> during the drought of 1986 and ask that you continue to practice <br /> good stewardship of our natural resources. <br /> r <br /> 1:lYfeg4<Alg.'6*4-----"e* <br /> Frey Marshall, Chair <br />
