The return of near normal precipitation has <br /> restored University Lake to about 22" below full and along <br /> with added water to the Quarry Reservoir and the Cane Creek <br /> impoundment has reduced the overall system demand and in- <br /> creased the water supply to more than three months. <br /> As Chair of the Orange County Board of Commissioners, I <br /> hereby rescind the voluntary Stage II water restrictions for <br /> those citizens who live in the County portion of Orange Water <br /> and Sewer Authority service area. <br /> I thank the citizens of Orange County in the OWASA <br /> service area for their cooperation during the drought of 1986 <br /> and ask that you continue to practice good stewardship of our <br /> natural resources. <br /> • <br /> Shirt .
