C. General Statute Section 153A-277 (c) does prohibit <br /> counties from using the lien/foreclosure method to collect <br /> unpaid/delinquent water and sewer charges. <br /> IMPACT: After deleting Section XI, Item G, an agreement with the water <br /> supplier to suspend service for those served by municipal <br /> water would be needed. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(5) : <br /> Approve deletion of Section XI, Item G from the Efland Sewer <br /> System Rules and Regulations. <br />
