It <br /> also sets forth an order for undertaking new construction in <br /> the future. <br /> IMPACT: Funds are budgeted to begin the renovations outlined for the <br /> Agriculture Building and Courthouse. New funding sources <br /> would have to be identified in the capital budgeting process <br /> to accomplish the new construction. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> Approve the report in concept. <br />
