The Ordinance establishes the personnel system for <br /> recruiting, selecting, developing and maintaining and <br /> effective and responsive workforce for the County. <br /> Board members should bring their copies of the Personnel Ordi- <br /> nance for reference during the discussion. <br /> Department head comments have been distributed under separate <br /> cover. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> Adopt revisions as outlined in attachments. <br />
