<br /> submit a resume of the resident inspector's gwilificetions,anticipated duties and responsibilities for approval by the OWNER
<br />• and Fin}IA. The Oir1NER agrees to pay the ENGINEER for such services in accordance with the schedule set out in Attach-
<br /> ment I. The ENGINEER will render to OWNER for such services an iternized bill, once each month, for compensation for
<br /> such services performed hereunder during such period,the same to be due and payable by the OWNER to the ENGINEER on
