0 <br /> = 0,48 - <br /> '"~ NORTH CAROLINA - <br /> ., EN IA RONN ENTAL MANAGER ENT COMMISSION - <br /> DEPAR7M ENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND COMMUNITY DE 11ELOFM ENT <br /> RALEIGH ,. <br /> PERMIT <br /> For the Discharge of Sewage, Industrial Wastes, or Other Wastes <br /> In accordance with the provisions of Article 21 of Chapter 143, General Statutes <br /> of North Carolina as amended, and other applicable Laws, Rules and Regulations <br /> PERMISSION IS HEREBY GRANTED TO <br /> County of Orange <br /> Orange County <br /> - FOR THE <br /> ..construction and operation of a 535-GPM wet well pump station with dual non- <br /> 1,-,. submersible pumps, high water alarm, stand-by power, approximately 15,575 <br /> _ lineal feet of 8-inch force main, 23,475 lineal feet of 8-inch and 4640 lineal feet of <br /> 12-inch gravity sewer to serve Efland-Cheeks Township and to discharge collected <br /> domestic wastewater into the Town of Hillsborough's existing sewerage system, •- <br /> pursuant to the application received November 25, 1985, and in conformity with <br /> the project plans, specifications, and other supporting data, subsequently filed and <br /> approved by the Department of Natural Resources and Community <br /> Development and considered a part of this permit. <br /> This Permit shall be effective from the date of issuance until rescinded, <br /> and shall be subject to the following specified conditions and limitations:,.. <br /> . I. This permit shall become voidable unless the facilities are constructed in accordance <br /> with the approved plans, specifications and other supporting data. <br /> 2. . This permit is effective only with respect to the nature and volume of wastes <br /> described in the application and other supporting data. <br /> 3. The facilities shall be properly maintained and operated at all times. <br /> 4. This permit shall become voidable unless the agreement between the County of <br /> Orange and the Town of Hillsborough for the collection and final treatment of <br /> domestic wastewater is in full force and effect. <br /> 5. The sewage and wastewater collected by this system shall be adequately treated <br /> in the Hillsborough Wastewater Treatment Plant prior to being discharged into the <br /> ::_ r: receiving stream. - <br />.-.7 6.
