C. Department of Transportation and the N. <br /> C. Department of Natural Resources (Environmental Management <br /> Division) . Farmers Home Administration has approved the <br /> original plans but not the updated set which delineates a new <br /> line segment along West Hill Avenue South to Dimmocks Mill <br /> Road. Also while the Hillsborough Engineer has recommended <br /> approval the Town has not taken action as yet. A letter <br /> requesting this has been forwarded. <br /> County approval is needed at this time in preparation with a <br /> meeting FMHA wherein go ahead to advertise bids can be <br /> approved simultaneous with acquisition of remaining easements. <br /> IMPACT: Expedite a further condition required of the County. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> Approve the plans and specifications subject to the final <br /> approval of same by Farmers Home Administration and the Town <br /> of Hillsborough. <br />
