LEASE AGREEMENT . ORIGINAL <br /> .028 RENEWAL <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> WHEREAS, a lease agreement was made and entered into as <br /> of the 18th day of December 1984, by and between Orange <br /> County, TENANT and Dalton H. Loftin and Emma Sue Loftin, <br /> LESSOR, for space to be used as offices for the Economic <br /> Development Director and their support staff. <br /> WHEREAS, the LESSOR, and the TENANT wish to renew the <br /> lease agreement. <br /> . NOW, THEREFORE, LESSOR and TENANT mutually agree to the <br /> following: <br /> (1) The lease agreement will be continued for a period <br /> of one year commencing on December 18, 1986 and <br /> • ending at 12 : 00 midnight on the day of- December 17, <br /> 1987. <br /> (2) The Lessor's monthly rental charge shall be $210. 00 <br /> per month. <br /> (3) All other terms and conditions will remain the <br /> same. <br /> This agreed to, the 9,g day of , 1986. <br /> .
