W. Ward Construction Company <br /> for installing sheetrock, door lock and service platforms. <br /> NEED: There was a need to remove panelling and stripping from wall <br /> of small building due to termite damage. This was covered <br /> under a previous change order along with painting and patching <br /> the walls. Once the panelling was removed a hole existed and <br /> the blocks were broken where strips had been attached. It is <br /> better to wrap the walls in sheetrock than try to patch and <br /> paint. The platforms and lock were an oversite when specifi- <br /> cations were drawn. <br /> IMPACT: The net impact to perform this work with the order is <br /> $1,016.00. There is money within the contingency for this. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> Approve change order. <br />
