Parker, Chair <br /> Orange County Recreation and Parks Advisory Council <br /> DATE: November 17, 1986 <br /> RE: Master Park Plan; process <br /> After thorough discussion of the Master Park Plan Process, the <br /> Council endorsed Director Black's proposed "Team" concept approach <br /> to accomplishing the Master Park Plan. It was suggested that the <br /> team consist of a representative from each of the following: <br /> 1. Orange County Recreation and Parks Department <br /> 2. Orange County Recreation and Parks Advisory Council (three <br /> members) <br /> 3. Orange County Planning Department <br /> 4. Orange County Planning Board <br /> and Ad-hoc representatives from: <br /> 1. Two school systems <br /> 2. Four municipalities - Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Hillsborough, <br /> and Mebane <br /> 3. UNC Recreation Curriculum <br /> 4. Duke Forest <br /> 5.
