This assistance will include a needs assessment and analysis and <br /> assistance with cost estimates and prioritization. The selection of Mr-. •Ed Hamm, Park <br /> Planner within the firm, was made after seeking professional service proposals from three <br /> consulting organizations on the work to be done. <br /> IMPACT: <br /> It is expected that the master plan can be done within budget. However, further work will <br /> be necessary in subsequent budget years as the master plan will not provide site specific <br /> designs. <br /> ?SEC OyIlMLNDATION(S) : <br /> Authorize staff to proceed with the drafting of an agreement for the consulting aspect to <br /> be returned for Board approval at a follow up meeting. <br />
