ri <br /> CAPITAL, PROJECT ORDINANCE AMENDMENT <br /> Be it ordained by the Board of County Commissioners that, pursuant to Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the. <br /> General Statutes of North Carolina, -the following capital project is hereby amended: <br /> Section 1. The project authorized is for Phase II (providing the base and topographic orthophotos for <br /> Chapel Hill township) , Phase III (providing aerial photography of the other townships in <br /> the County) and equipment for storing and reproducing the new base reaps. The project will <br /> be financed by an appropriation from the General Fund, the County Capital Reserve Fund, a <br /> State Grant and charges to participating jurisdications. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the <br /> budget contained herein. <br /> Section 3.
