LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> RENEWAL COPY' <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> WHEREAS, a lease agreement was made and entered into as <br /> of the 18th day of December 1984, by and between Orange <br /> County, TENANT and Dalton H.
